Commercial display Project

  Be responsible for debugging and debugging Linux with Android system display on large screen such as commercial display, cooperate with QA department in the plant to debug its corresponding functions through the application layer, analyze the problems raised by QA, and output the corresponding software engineering specifications of commercial display model.

  Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the LCD module of 21.5-inch LCD products, follow-up from the new model, test of LCD parameters, analysis and solution of pilot production defects, maintenance of the corresponding 21.5-inch BOM, and data sorting and production of CAS. Analysis and debugging design of interface and FT fixture corresponding to machine type.

Android Project

  Responsible for the autojs software based on JavaScript automation and programming on Android, and the developer shows the Android motherboard intent according to the product test requirements Setaction broadcast app and shell script app are used to communicate with the peripherals of the Android motherboard for the function debugging of the production line.

Personal Project

  A leisure and entertainment applet has been optimized and reviewed according to the requirements of wechat applet, and connected with Taobao alliance, meituan alliance and hungry alliance. Through Wx Request initiates HTTPS network request to realize cloud update and cloud operation background management.

Bathroom Project

  Responsible for the development of B08, T10 and T16 new products, schematic drawing, PCB layout, proofing test and EMC test of the whole machine. Produce CAD drawings, check standards and seal samples, test tooling corresponding to the board, write test procedures and formulate test operation documents. Participate in trial production, trial production and deal with production problems.

1. Based on ob2576 chip, a 12V regulated output switching power supply is developed and designed.
2. Design of foam shield board principle PCB based on BS84B08A-3 chip, and write its corresponding touch function program.
3. Based on Xintang chip ms51fb9ae and Hall sensing element, the schematic PCB of knob board is designed, and its corresponding knob program is written.
4. The schematic PCB of display board is designed based on Xintang chip ms51fb9ae and nixie tube, and its corresponding display program is written.
5. Use Xintang, Hetai, STM32 and other ICs to write zero crossing detection and test program, stepping motor aging program, display panel display program, knob program, UV sterilization program and other related programs to communicate with the main board, and use CAD to complete relevant drawings.

Mihome Project

  Cooperate with the requirements of Beijing Xiaomi family, conduct relevant IOT tests in combination with the company’s products, and assist Xiaomi family Xiaojing washing series applet to go online.

Electronic-contest Project

  Based on single chip microcomputer, wireless charging module and 4-way infrared transmitting and receiving module, the timing charging of one minute is realized through single chip microcomputer delay program, and the car can climb the slope and follow the road according to the infrared receiving condition.
